Learn yoga poses and how to modify to fit you.

Every body is different. You have a different history and different experiences.  Perhaps you're very flexible or super strong and you want to create balance. Learn what poses you need more of and which ones to avoid.  We'll design a flow that works for you and your body.

Map out the steps to your strong,

fit, and healthy body

Yoga is a health care system.  It includes postures, meditation, breath work, diet, and nutrition.

If you want to lose weight, relieve body aches, stiffness, and low energy,  come to class: you're gonna love the way you feel!

Hi, my name is Rebecca. I'm a yoga teacher and a vibrant body coach. and I'm super excited to share this body-transforming information with you!

I'm going to teach you how to come home to your body, make time for your wellness routine, and get strong, flexible, and toned.

I've been teaching yoga for over 22 years. I'm passionate about helping others receive the healing benefits of yoga.  Like...
